Yes, we want your fitting process to be as smooth as possible. Some things you can do to help the installation include:

Remove as much as possible from the area to be fitted

Ensure that any potential hazards, like pipes and cables, are brought to the attention of the fitters.

Do I need new underlay?

we do recommend new underlay when buying a new carpet but this additional expense is entirely up to you.

Do you provide a binding service?

Yes we do provide a binding service to make rugs and runners utilising any spare carpet you may have for a small charge.
